We're all having a ball... chair. Once you put one (or more) of these in your home or office word will soon get a-round how cool you are! 

This space age classic is a firm Onion favourite, designed way back in 1963 by Eero Aarnio as a place for him and his wife to sit together. To simplify the design he removed all the corners and what a result: a chair that resembles an old globe, it even spins around a full 360 degrees. The design is super comfortable and capable of being stuffed with as many cushions or small animals as you desire, the orb-like design acts as a cocoon for you to twirl around and float away among the stars in your mind. Turning the chair toward a corner or wall creates a great sound blocking effect, perfect for when the other occupants in your house (or workplace) are not as quiet as you desire! Also, if your a teenager... duh. Block out your parents yelling. 

This curved creation is made almost completely out of delicately painted fiberglass, the inside is then lovingly upholstered in a weave wool fabric and finally hand stitched in an umbrella like pattern. The cushions are filled with a soft foam, the covers are removable and washable. The base contains cast iron for stability and has a ball bearing swivel mechanism to allow delicate pirouettes at will.  

If you're in the business market looking to transform your work space well you've found the perfect chair for the job. We actually sell more of these chairs for commercial installation than we do to homes! Often in quantities of 2 or more with people placing 3 or 4 chairs in an open area and instantly revamping the entire look of an interior. The Ball Chairs are great for lounging, phone calls, reading or even laptop work and work as great little bubbles for creative space or lounge areas. As mentioned the cushions are removable and machine washable and the chairs spin full 360 degrees.
