This Carrara Marble Tulip Table will turn your dining table into an ornament, throw on some place mats and it's a dining table again! Designed in the late 1950's a year before the moon landing the Tulip typifies that space-age look, a design pillar of that era. Also from a bird's eye view the Marble Tulip Table does have a moon-like resemblance.
Saarinen's design is ever popular and like a fine wine has improved over time. Our replica versions you see here follow the same ideals but lack the price tag. This set includes a 47" real Carrara Marble Table with an aluminum base, the marble is imported from Italy and then cut & polished at our factory. The four chairs are made at the same factory also using a high quality aluminum base and with durable glossy plastic seats. The cushions are foam filled and the covers are removable and machine washable.
